What you can try

Lighting

14 lights and LED strips: plain relays, dimmers and colour lighting. Switch them one by one, a whole room at a time, or turn off the entire apartment with one button.

Climate

Air conditioners in three rooms and a boiler thermostat. Temperature and humidity sensors in every room, plus CO₂ in the bedroom — the readings are painted right on the walls of the model.

Curtains and appliances

Bedroom curtains and kitchen roller blinds move at a tap. TVs with a remote, the extractor fan and the towel warmer live in the same panel.

Safety

Water leak sensors, a water shut-off valve, a smart front door lock and a camera. Alerts arrive at once and never get lost among other events.

Scenarios

“Home”, “Away” and “Night” set the lights, curtains, TVs and air conditioners with one button. What each scenario does is up to you.

Statistics

How long the lights were on, how the climate held up, how long the appliances ran, when people were home and which devices lost connection — by week, month and year.

How it is built

The model is built from a real apartment, and the panel is the same one that runs there every day on Home Assistant. Tap devices right in 3D, open rooms and watch the home respond: lights come on, curtains move, readings change.
